Alongside her private practice, Nicola works within the NHS as a senior psychotherapist and lead clinician providing Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) as part of the NHS's ‘Improving Access to Psychological Therapies' (IAPT) Talking Therapies Southwark service at South London and Maudsley (SLaM) NHS Foundation Trust.​
